Q. Who controls the money and makes the decisions?
A. You still maintain 100% control of all decisions. You decide what vendors get paid and when. We provide you with the information and perform the specific task, but you approve all invoices for payment.

Q. How do we exchange documents?
A. BookkeepingMakesMeSick! prefers to set up online access to:
Bank Statements, Credit Card Statements, Vendor Bills, etc which saves you the hassle of scanning, faxing or mailing those items that we can access online. For any items that we cannot access online your options are….

• Email your scanned documents to your personally assigned email address or
• Upload your scanned documents to your personally assigned Dropbox folder or
• Fax your data to our toll free fax

Or…

Mail your documents. You will receive an envelope within one week of signing on. Take your business documents and place them in the envelope at the end of the month and send them to us (postage is already paid). When completed, all documents will be sent back to you with another self-addressed postage paid return envelope ready for your next batch.

Q. Won’t I lose control if the books are done by an outside service?
A. The short answer: No. You will actually now have more control since you will have improved financials at your fingertips and have more time and money to plan instead of simply reacting to business events.

Q. Do you hold my data hostage?
A. No. As long as you are current with us, and you decide to leave, we will provide a copy of your QuickBooks file, and all stored data.

Q. Do I have to leave my CPA?
A.Of course not. We are offering to take away your bookkeeping headaches. Your CPA will be grateful for accurate data that they can really use to help you build more wealth.
